Welcome to RadCat® 2011

What is RadCat® ?

RadCat® is a centralized database for radiation hardened component data materials and test results accessible by the entire authorized radiation community. It provides a single point of entry for securely tracking and managing radiation hardened component data in a consistent format. RadCat® 's objective is to serve the radiation community, helping user systems to function effectively in their required radiation environments by aiding component selection and providing collaborative access to data.

Getting Started With RadCat®

To begin using RadCat® , you must first apply for an account. Users are required to be US persons or work for an organization covered by the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program. Follow the quickstart guide below to gain access to RadCat® and begin using the database:

2010 IEEE NSREC Logo

The 2011 IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference will be held July 25 - 29 in JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa. The conference features a technical program consisting of eight to ten technical sessions of contributed papers describing the latest observations in radiation effects, a Short Course on radiation effects offered on July 25, a Radiation Effects Data Workshop, and an Industrial Exhibit. The technical program includes oral and poster sessions.

The majority of research papers presented at NSREC are published in the December issue of the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science.

ReSpace / MAPLD2011 Conference, 22-25 August 2011, Albuquerque, New Mexico

The 2011 ReSpace and MAPLD conference will be held August 22-25 in Albuquerque NM. ReSpace is an annual conference organized by COSMIAC and its affiliates. The joint conference explores recent advances in reconfigurable electronics and microsystems from two perspectives: ReSpace explores the most effective manner in which these electronics revolutionize increasingly capable, compact and low cost spacecraft, while MAPLD explores how to ensure that these reconfigurable electronics survive and perform properly in the extreme conditions of space.

ReSpace/MAPLD 2011 will be held 22-25 August 2011 at the Marriott Uptown in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

RADECS 2011, 19-23 Sept. 2011, Seville, Spain
RADECS 2011 Logo

This new Edition of the Conference RADECS 2011 wants to be different!

Our actions are defined around four vectors: 1. High Quality Technical Contents, 2. it is Multidisciplinary, 3. Worldwide Participants and 4. it is a People-oriented Conference. By organising a very attractive Conference we expect to increase the number of contributors, as well as the quality of the selected papers.

Our aim is to have three different “worlds” converge and be present in the area of radiation effects on components and systems, namely: Academia, Public Institutions and Industry. Special efforts have been carried out in order to promote the different aspects of the Conference, and thus attract the interest of the main actors of a variety of different Organisations. Equally well, we are strongly fostering a worldwide participation. The singular and unique character of Sevilla will undoubtedly be the crucible where we expect to achieve a “magical” reaction and have a very successful Conference.

This Conference is organised with the aim and vocation of being close to the people, by fostering a close and dynamic interaction among participants, while at the same time preserving high quality standards.
